Unfortunately no. We are limited by NCAA rules prohibiting us from offering individual based financial assistance to our camps.

Our camps are run by the Georgia Tech Volleyball coaching staff. They will be assisted by current and former Yellow Jacket players as well as select trusted high school and college coaches. Background checks are performed on all staff.

An administrative fee of $50.00 will be assessed upon request of a refund, regardless of reason for cancellation. Refunds are only issued if cancellation is made 7 days prior to the beginning of that particular camp session. Credits for future camps may be issued for cancellation within 7 days of each camp.

All camps are held on the Georgia tech campus. Exact locations and directions will be emailed out prior to the start of each camp.

Check-in for the Team Camp, Overnight Skills Camp, and Elite Camp will be held at the dorms. We will send an email out prior to camp with the assigned dorm and directions.

All other camps and clinics will check-in at O’Keefe Gym. Directions and parking info is included in the confirmation email.

All overnight campers will be housed in a Georgia Tech dorm. We will have staff in the dorms with the campers at all times. All dorms on campus require a key to enter the building as well as each room. You can request a roommate on the registration form.

Campers are allowed to bring snacks and drinks to camp (the dorms for Skills Camp I do not have refrigerators). We encourage campers NOT to bring valuables with them to camp.

While spending money is not required, parents are encouraged to provide some money for vending machine snacks/drinks and pizza in the dorms after the evening session.

No, we do not require a physical to attend camp. All the medical information that we need is on the registration form.

Yes. For out of town campers we will provide transportation to & from the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) to campus. Reservations need to be made by July 5th. The Yellow Jacket Volleyball Camp (including all camp counselors) will not be liable for any injury should an accident occur.

No, we do not offer housing between camps. Campers attending back-to-back overnight camps must check-out and check back in.

Campers that are attending back-to-back camps/clinics on the same day do not need to check out and re-check in. However, campers are responsible for bringing their own meals/snacks as needed.

Yes, GT is an open campus and parents are welcome to come observe camp sessions. Please note however, parking is only available at no charge during drop off and pick up each day. If you are planning on staying and watching camp, hourly pay parking lots are available near the gyms. Additional info on these parking lots will be included in the email sent prior to camp.

Campers are permitted to have cell phones at camp as long as they are not out during instructional times. In addition, if parents need to contact their campers for any reason, please contact Jill Jameson at ‭608-509-8937‬.

All meals are provided during camp hours. Campers are required to eat lunch prior to mid-day check-ins or breakfast prior to morning check-ins. All meals are either catered to the gym or at a campus dining facility. If you have allergy or dietary issues, please contact us prior to the camp or at check-in so we can make necessary arrangements.

Yes, licensed collegiate trainers are on duty at all times to attend to any illness or injuries. Coaches and counselors supervise all camp activities and dormitories to monitor safety and precaution. Please note: Campers requiring the use of inhalers or medications of any kind are solely responsible for administering their own meds. Parents should consider this when registering their children for camp.
