The Hitting/Setting/Defense Clinic is designed for players entering grades 6-12. The clinic will focus specifically on individual positions (setter, middle hitter, outside hitter, and DS/libero). These sessions will emphasize improving hitting, setting, passing, and defensive techniques for improved execution during game situations. We will cover the fundamentals of each position as well as more advance training.
